This Refund Policy applies to PDF guides purchased through upliftr02.com.
1.Our Policy on Digital Downloads. Because our products are digital files (e.g. PDF guides) delivered via immediate download or email link, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product or file link has been sent to you. Standard refunds are not permitted after delivery, except where mandatory applicable law strictly requires a right of cancellation or refund.
2. Non-Eligible Situations. Once the file, download link, or access email has been sent, we cannot issue a refund for reasons including, but not limited to: • Change of mind or accidental purchases after delivery. • Failure to read the product description or requirements before purchasing. • Lack of expected results or personal satisfaction from any educational, productivity, fitness, financial, or self-improvement content. • Incorrect email address provided by the buyer at checkout (resulting in delivery to the wrong inbox). • Technical issues on the customer’s end, such as incompatible software, unsupported devices, or poor internet connection.
3. Reporting Delivery or Order Issues. If you have 'not received' your product link, or if you encounter a corrupted/damaged file download, please reach out so we can assist in re-sending or fixing your access: • Email: shop.upliftr02@gmail.com. • Information to include: • Order or transaction reference ID. • Name and email address used at checkout • Product name • A brief description of the delivery issue (with screenshots if applicable). • Security Note: Please do not send full payment card details, security codes, or account passwords in your email. We may request basic purchase details to verify your order.
4. Exceptional Processing. In the rare event that a refund is legally mandated or exceptionally approved prior to successful file delivery, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If a return to the original method is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate alternative.
